What is a company?

Each ministry area is structured as a company of volunteers and all volunteers have applied and been accepted as either Associates or Staff Members. Each company has at its helm a director who handles the functional direction of the company. The director works with the pastors to provide leadership support to the company of volunteers.

Do I have to join staff to participate in a specific company?

Some of our companies do sponsor events or activities on the missions base that the public can be involved in; however, full or part time staff status is required to directly impact the ministry of a specific company. Full or part time staff members have agreed to a minimum of 2 hours of active ministry time weekly, as per the 2010 Staff Handbook. Please view the company's site for more information about joining.

Is there an age limit?

We welcome a person of any age to come on staff and participate in WFM's companies. Some companies may limit participation or require adult supervision of youth and/or young adults as they could be placed in a compromising situation.

Can adults participate in youth & young adult company events?

Yes! We encourage adults to invest their time into the next generation. Please contact the directors and find out how you can be involved. Note that in order to work with minors you will need to be accepted as full or part time staff and pass a background check.
