Priority

• Low = Not in physical danger nor fear of imminent danger; quality of life needs change or improvement.
• Medium = Not in physical danger; quality of life will approach a dangerous level within the next 7 days.
• High = Presently in a life threatening situation that needs to be addressed in less than 24 hours.
• EMERGENCY = You are in imminent danger; call 911 as a first responder.
